As the HR Tech Operations Lead, you will be at the forefront of managing the functionality and ongoing improvement of our People Systems (HCM). This role entails overseeing system operations, coordinating with vendors, and leading a talented team of Workday Specialists. Your contributions will ensure compliance and drive project delivery aligned with organizational goals.
