About the Role
We are looking for Capital Markets Associate to support PaleBlueDot AI’s equity financing, debt financing, and future IPO-related fundraising work. This role will work closely with senior leadership on financial modeling, fundraising materials, investor communications, diligence support, industry research, and transaction execution.
This is a hands-on role for candidates with solid investment banking or related capital markets experience, strong financial fundamentals, and excellent execution discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of equity financing and debt financing projects.
- Participate in IPO-related financing preparation , including financial analysis, transaction materials, and supporting workstreams.
