Capital Allocation & Investments, Manager

Description

The Capital Allocation & Investments team is a new function within Agilent that will play a critical role in shaping capital deployment strategy, driving financial analysis, and decision-making across M&A, organic growth ( new product launches), and portfolio optimization initiatives. The team partners closely with Corporate Development and serves as a key advisor to senior leadership across business groups, finance, and other functional stakeholders.

Reporting to the Director, Capital Allocation & Investments, the Manager is responsible for leading financial analyses in support of high complexity projects, with a primary focus on M&A. Over time, this role will also play a key role in developing core frameworks and infrastructure to enhance capital allocation discipline.
