Responsibilities
- Ensure projects adhere to the methodology – drive standard governance and routine.
- Flag non‑compliance and support corrective action.
- Track CAPEX commitments and engage stakeholders on PMO governance.
- Prepare the annual 1YP and ensure a quick start to projects in the new financial year.
- Accurately track and monitor capex spend for each Tower.
- Complete LE phasing with each Product Owner for each Technology project.
- Track Technology Capex budgets against LEs, reconcile and, if necessary, elevate issues.
- Complete reconciliations between systems (e.g., SAP, S4, Syspro).
