Job Description
- Primary contact for all Off Hours CPM support calls (Follow the sun support)
- Addresses all INC'so He takes on extra support when needed, such as this coming peak due to the shortage in staff
- Virtual SMC tasks
- Assesses requirements of inbound requests; verifies the users capacity needs, validates them, and identifies where available capacity exists that can support the needs of the applications.
- Provides guidance on workload management activities, migrating existing workloads to the proper targets.
- Openshift
- Assists with application requests for new capacity; involves validating existing capacity allocations before approving new capacity needs.
- Creates daily quota report, requires manual manipulation
