Interface with cross‑functional organizations (Supply Chain Buyers, Supplier Technical Assistance, Finance, Cost Estimation, Integral Vendor Tooling, Program Management, Engineering, etc.) and suppliers to deliver capacity uplifts and mix changes in accordance with ongoing business needs.

• Vet supplier capacity responses, CPAT disposition and material preparation, and track file updates.
• Follow up on supplier kick‑off and interim containment actions.
• Ensure suppliers assigned for vetting are supportable until study closure.
• Coordinate and lead vetting meetings with the cross‑functional team to confirm funding requests from the supply base (including sub‑tiers) and ensure supportability by the study implementation date.
• Consolidate funding response, prepare vetting funding request materials, update and report supplier capacity study status.
