Responsibilities

The Capacity Senior Analyst works closely with the Staffing Business Partner and cohort team members to ensure the Client Services organization effectively executes against its strategy and drives engagement within our teams.

• Aggregate staffing needs at cohort level, understand specific engagement requirements, and coordinate prioritization between projects.
• In close cooperation with the Staffing Business Partner, assign the appropriate capacity to client engagements based on predefined criteria to optimize resource utilization and create learning opportunities for team members.
• Use internal systems and processes through all phases of the engagement lifecycle.
