Job Description
We are urgently seeking a dynamic and experienced Capabilities Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of impactful sales training programs for our pharmaceutical sales force. The successful candidate will have at least three years of proven experience in pharma sales training and be ready to start immediately .
As the Capabilities Manager, you will play a key role in building sales force excellence through innovative training initiatives, aligning learning strategies with commercial goals and compliance standards.
- Develop and execute comprehensive training programs for field sales teams, covering therapeutic area knowledge, selling skills, and compliance protocols.
