Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer inquiries
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Document interactions and follow standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet performance goals
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in speaking both Cantonese and English
- Must have at least 6 months call center experience
- Amenable to work in fixed graveyard shift schedule
- Must be amenable to work in VXI Quezon City, 100% onsite
- For foreign nationals - must have eligibility to work in the Philippines
