Cantonese-Bilingual Tech Support Specialist (Onsite)

Concentrix in Bridgetowne, Quezon City is seeking an Advisor I, Technical Support to resolve hardware/software inquiries and other client products. You will assist external and internal users by addressing questions and solving problems related to the use of these products.

Role requires bilingual English and Cantonese, strong navigation across multiple applications, and the ability to work onsite. Sales experience is a plus; foreigners with PRV/13A are prioritized.
