Candidate Support & Recruiting Ops – Hybrid (6m)

Tamarind Intelligence is seeking a Candidate Support Advisor in Barcelona to manage recruitment support and candidate experience. You will support hiring managers through the recruitment process, coordinating interviews, managing job postings, and ensuring compliance.

This hybrid position requires a minimum of 2 years in recruitment, fluency in English, and expertise in HR systems like Workday Recruiting. A degree or diploma is required. The role comes with a gross annual salary between €28,000 and €31,500 and a temporary contract for 6 months.
