What you will be doing?

The Candidate Experience Partner will be fully responsible for managing every candidate from application to shortlisting, including those from internal mobility, employee referrals, direct applicants, and sourced candidates. This role focuses on identifying and attracting top talent through innovative and collaborative techniques while ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Acting as a sourcing business partner, the Recruiter works closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to drive an effective recruitment process. By leveraging data-driven insights, applying advanced sourcing strategies, and championing diversity and inclusion, this position plays a vital role in shaping our client's future workforce.
