Role Summary

As a deployed Reconditioning Specialist, you will deliver exercise and reconditioning services over a six‑month deployment overseas, supporting CAF members and partner nations by enhancing morale, fitness and physical readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead reconditioning programs for Canadian Armed Forces members affected by medical conditions, improving functional abilities.
• Design specific exercise and reconditioning programs, prevent future injuries, and manage program delivery.
• Provide fitness counselling to clients with physical and/or mental injuries and coordinate assessments.
• Lead physical fitness evaluations, baseline testing for individuals with chronic metabolic or musculoskeletal disorders.
