Visual/UI Designer – AI Legal Assistant

Core Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end visual design and UI for an AI-powered legal assistant product.
• Deliver consumer-grade designs, quality benchmarked against leading AI interfaces (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).
• Define micro-animations, transitions, and motion design that elevate the user experience and deliver wow moments.

Must-Have Skills

• Excellent visual design craft with a sharp, opinionated POV on what market-leading AI UX looks like.
• Proficiency in AI-assisted prototyping tools — v0, Figma Make, or equivalent (static wireframes alone won't cut it).
• Ability to design and communicate interaction states, not just static screens.

Ways of Working

• Comfortable partnering closely with Front End Engineers from early in the design process.
