Job Responsibilities

People Management

• Planned, organized, and staffed key field positions.
• Mentors, trains, and coaches supporting direct reports.
• Initiate and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Strategic partner to plant manager and regional sales team.
• Monthly Close, Financial Planning, Analysis, and both Tax and Operations Reporting.
• Establish financial objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within the boundaries of corporate policy.
• Lead both the legal and tax requirements reporting and filings for Canada.
• Own and manage the Canada monthly close and budget cycle.
