(CAN) Grocery Department Manager

Position Summary

To provide customer service by coordinating the activities of associates to complete assigned handheld terminal activities, ensuring a zoned and stocked sales floor and offering assistance to meet the customer’s shopping needs. This will be accomplished by maintaining and recovering merchandise in a safe and clean environment. The Department Manager will function as a lead of a team to strategically plan and execute duties based on workload and customer traffic patterns.

What you'll do

• Provide excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues, and referring concerns where appropriate.
