Job Summary
This position is an interview role where the employee operates company vehicles to deliver and pick up packages, performing in a floating capacity for a minimum of 15 routes. The employee works as a courier but is not assigned a regular route.
The role also involves mentoring hourly employees, demonstrating strong communication, conflict resolution, and leadership through Best Practices methods. The employee promotes continued sales and generates potential incremental revenue wherever possible.
Responsibilities
- Operate company vehicles and deliver and pick up packages efficiently across at least 15 routes.
- Provide coverage for open routes in the absence of the normally assigned courier.
- Serve as a mentor to hourly employees, exhibiting strong communication, conflict resolution, and leadership.
- Promote sales and generate incremental revenue opportunities.
