- Partner with Hiring Managers to effectively source, attract and recruit top talent to meet the organization’s staffing needs.
- Develop university relationships and build internship programs.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to focus on recruiting a diverse workforce and building a robust talent pipeline within the region.
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders.
- Help drive global and regional HR‑related projects when necessary.
Employer Branding
- Be a key member in the development of Murex’s employer branding, key messaging, and what it means to be a Murexian for the region.
