Campaign Support Specialist, Ad Tech & Troubleshooting

Concentrix is seeking a dedicated Tech Support professional to join our team in Quezon City, Philippines. You will deliver real-time support to our advertisers through live chat, email, and ticketing systems, while troubleshooting complex issues related to ad performance and campaign setup.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in Tech Support within a BPO environment and a strong background in Digital Marketing. This role requires effective communication and the ability to operate in a rotational shift environment serving clients globally.
