Are you a driven call centre leader or contact centre trainer ready to take ownership of outbound performance at a strategic level?
We’re looking for a Manager, Outbound Sales to lead a high‑performing team focused on acquiring new monthly donors and driving measurable revenue growth. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll shape campaign strategy, coach performance, optimise scripts, and use data to continuously improve results. This is a Direct Hire Opportunity, full time, permanent, starting as soon as possible.
