We are looking for an experienced Call Centre Agent to join our dubizzle pro motors team in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Handle high volumes of inbound calls and enquiries from multiple channels
- Meet customer SLA’s to ensure customer satisfaction
- Deal with outbound calls to target potential customers and meet conversion quotas and KPIs
- Handle calendar appointments for the field sales team
