What You’ll Do- Be the first point of contact for incoming customer calls
- Provide accurate details on services, pricing & policies
- Coordinate service requests with dispatch & technicians
- Ensure follow-up and excellent customer satisfaction
- Handle customer concerns with patience, empathy & professionalism
- High school diploma or above
- Experience in customer service or call centers
- Strong communication skills
- A customer-first attitude and ability to work under pressure
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
