Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of call center experience in the UAE (Mandatory)
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Tagalog and Arabic speakers are highly preferred
- Strong experience handling both customer calls and chats
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional attitude with strong multitasking abilities
- Available to join immediately ( within 1-2 weeks )
