The Contact Center Specialist's primary responsibility is to facilitate the processing of payments for labor services provided at supply chain locations across the US. This contact center position is based out of our Corporate HQ, reporting to the Contact Center Operations Supervisor and involves making outbound and receiving inbound phone calls. The Contact Center Specialist is tasked with accurately and efficiently collecting various forms of payments while maintaining exceptional, industry leading customer service. This is an entry level position, and requires the availability to either work early mornings, nights, and/or weekends.

Responsibilities:

· Effective use of oral, visual, written, and listening modes of communication

· Able to converse in English both in written and oral form

· Take incoming calls and make outgoing calls to truck drivers and companies to collect payment for deliveries made at warehouses
