Job Title: Call Representative (Nephrology) – Night Shift

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Call Representative with prior experience in a Nephrology practice. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Cerner EHR and capable of independently handling patient communication, appointment coordination, insurance eligibility verification, and prior authorizations while providing excellent customer service.

• Answer incoming and make outbound patient calls in a professional and courteous manner.
