Responsibilities

• Apply safety standards and adhere to V5000, IATF16949, ISO 14001, and OHSAS18001 using QRQC methodology across all functions.
• Conduct On the Job Training (OJT) of peers and implement Stop Scrap procedures related to all manufacturing, where applicable.
• Develop and maintain plant-wide calibration systems in accordance with QS 9000 and American Association of Laboratory Accreditation standards.
• Calibrate gages designated for internal calibration and perform minor repairs on calipers, micrometers, indicators, and other small quality hand tools.
• Operate Coordinate Measuring Machines for dimensional verification of products.
