About the role
As the Calibration Technician Mechanical – Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role guiding a skilled team responsible for precision testing, calibration and repair of mechanical, pressure, torque and breathing equipment. You’ll oversee daily workflow, coach a small group of technical specialists, and ensure all work meets ISO 17025 and quality assurance standards.
A major focus will be establishing and operating our new pressure calibration function. Built from the ground up, this capability will rely on your technical depth to design workflows, develop procedures, commission equipment and ensure the function runs efficiently and safely.
Your leadership will influence how the mechanical team operates, while your expertise supports critical operational environments—allowing you to make a tangible impact each day.
