Responsibilities

The Calibration Engineer is responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing best practice calibration solutions and performing diagnostic verification testing.
  • Manage all technical aspects of the calibrations to meet all regulatory requirements; identify system requirements during system hardware design to insure a robust diagnostic system; use standard instrumentation toolsets for data acquisition, storage, and analysis.
  • Calibrate diagnostic thresholds to meet regulations, develop and track calibration solutions that meet system functional objectives, identify system requirements during system hardware design to insure a robust diagnostic system.
  • Utilize a multi-functional tool chain requiring familiarity with Stellantis in-house developed calibration tools (DC Plot & HIL testers, CDA, PowerCal).
