The Calibration Engineer is responsible for:
⦁ Developing and implementing best practice calibration solutions and performing diagnostic verification testing.
⦁ Manage all technical aspects of the calibrations to meet all regulatory requirements, identify system requirements during system hardware design to insure a robust diagnostic system, and use standard instrumentation toolsets for data acquisition, storage, and analysis.
⦁ They will calibrate diagnostic thresholds to meet regulations, develop and track calibration solutions that meet system functional objectives, identify system requirements during system hardware design to insure a robust diagnostic system.
⦁ Utilizing a multi-functional tool chain, requiring familiarity with; Stellantis in-house developed calibration tools -- DC Plot & HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) testers, CDA, PowerCal.
⦁ Industry standard calibration tools (ETAS INCA, MDA, MatLab, Simulink, CANalyzer)
