Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing best practice calibration solutions and performing diagnostic verification testing.
- Managing all technical aspects of calibrations to meet regulatory requirements, identifying system requirements during hardware design to ensure a robust diagnostic system, and using standard instrumentation toolsets for data acquisition, storage, and analysis.
- Calibrating diagnostic thresholds to meet regulations, developing and tracking calibration solutions that meet system functional objectives, and identifying system requirements during hardware design to ensure a robust diagnostic system.
- Utilizing a multi-functional tool chain with familiarity in Stellantis in-house developed calibration tools – DC Plot & HIL testers, CDA, PowerCal.
- Industry standard calibration tools: ETAS INCA, MDA, MATLAB, Simulink, CANalyzer.
