Job Title: Assistant Manager, Cage
As a Cage Assistant Manager, you are responsible for the efficient management and effective operation of the cage in accordance with business objectives and the corporate vision.
Responsibilities
- To assist Senior Cage Management with establishing the departmental business plan and setting Key Performance Objectives for the Casino Cage.
- Assist with the development of operational requirements for the staffing levels in each of the Casino cages, identifying cost efficiencies on a day-to-day basis.
- Assist with the development, implementation and maintenance of business improvement processes which enhance operational systems efficiency.
