KEY RESPONSIBILITY
- CAFM System Operation & Management
- Operate and maintain the CAFM platform (e.g., MRI Evolution or similar) ensuring it aligns with the organization’s needs and standards.
- Input, update, and manage asset registers, PPM plans, maintenance schedules, and projects.
- Track and ensure work orders, preventive maintenance tasks, and reactive and corrective maintenance are completed.
- Generate and distribute scheduled and ad‑hoc reports from the CAFM system to management and other stakeholders.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal CAFM‑related helpdesk queries.
- Assign work orders to the appropriate resource based on skill, location, & availability.
- Log, track, and resolve user issues and service requests related to CAFM and facility operations.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate IT or CAFM Specialist teams as needed....
