Cafe Operations & Guest Experience Manager

Kampong Kravers is seeking a capable Cafe Manager in Kuala Lumpur to oversee daily operations, interact with guests, suppliers, and internal teams, and uphold high service, quality, and safety standards.

You will lead staff scheduling, assist in training, monitor costs and stock, ensure hygiene and SOP compliance, and run daily pre-shift briefings.

With guidance from the Head of Operations, you’ll support bi‑monthly staff meetings, improve procedures, and help open, close, and maintain the outlet.
