Shift pattern: flexible according to the opening hours of the c afé , which is currently 7am-3pm Monday-Friday, but with plans to extend these hours to longer days and weekends in the near future.

We are looking for someone who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the café. This includes managing a team of staff, supporting and motivating the team and role modelling high standards of service across the café. You will be supporting co-workers in meeting their learning goals.
