Café Coordinator Support Associate

What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Café Coordinator Support Associate with experience supporting individuals with an intellectual disability, as well as prior coffee shop or food service experience to join us for a three month contract opportunity. This unique role provides one-to-one in-person support for our Cafe Coordinator with an intellectual disability at our in-house Coffee Bar, supporting both workplace success and professional growth for the Cafe Coordinator. The ideal candidate will combine patience and empathy to help create a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide friendly consistent 1:1 supervision to an employee with an intellectual disability in their role as a Cafe Coordinator.
