Job Overview
The Caf Server role in Hoppi will be to work alongside the other members of the staff to successfully run the Caf and ensure customers' expectations of food, beverages and customer service are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage caf operations including equipment, facilities, health and safety, customer‑care, and administration.
- Set and maintain highest standards of customer service in the caf.
- Provide cover with other staff as required on a daily basis.
- Present food and beverages offered for sale and complete admin duties.
- Monitor and control stocks and wastage; undertake stock takes at regular intervals with assistance of management.
- Assist management on projects, maintain standards of hygiene and health and safety, and comply with security procedures.
