Work Arrangement: This position is categorized as hybrid on nightshift. The expected in‑office frequency is three times per week, subject to business needs.

Role: The Global Ops CoE in Manila is developing world‑class delivery, customer support and driving a disruptive shift in strategy, structure, systems, processes and technology across the enterprise under GM Sales Services and Marketing (SSM) function. The role supports the Cadillac Retail Planning team as a Senior Reporting Analyst, focusing on advanced data science solutions that improve retail performance.

• Own the Cadillac sales forecasting ML model and maintain dashboards for Cadillac HQ and field teams.
