Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 5 to 7 years working experience in HVAC construction and related fields.
- At least 5 years’ experience in a managerial capacity.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, learn quickly, be resourceful, and take initiative.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Project management experience in construction industry (advantage).
- Experience reading blueprints (advantage).
- Advanced knowledge of BACnet / Modbus building automation.
- Knowledgeable in instrumentation & controls.
- AutoCAD literate; basic knowledge in DDC hardware and software programming.
- Basic understanding of VRF & chilled water systems.
- Certified in NC2 (required).
