Responsibilities
- Develop detailed plumbing system designs using CAD software translating project requirements into accurate technical drawings.
- Create comprehensive plumbing layouts including pipe routing, fixture placement, and equipment specifications ensuring compliance with building codes and standards.
- Produce precise isometric drawings and schematics for complex piping systems facilitating efficient installation and maintenance.
- Coordinate plumbing designs with other disciplines such as architectural, structural, and mechanical to prevent clashes and ensure project integration.
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or relevant certification in CAD, Mechanical Design, or a related technical field.
- 3-5 years of hands‑on experience in plumbing design and drafting using AutoCAD MEP or similar CAD software.
