Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga
Responsibilities
- Prepares preliminary, construction, and as-built plans for plumbing, mechanical, and electrical services.
- Applies markup to the plans.
- Creates mechanical and electrical details.
- Layouts plans with respect to the markup detail provided by the client.
- Follows specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.
- Ensures that schematics (electrical and mechanical) match the layout within the plans.
- Creates 3D details.
Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Any degree with Architecture or Engineering.
- Proficient in using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
