What you’ll do
- Assist the team, clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure all blueprints and technical drawings are completed to specifications.
- Produce and interpret rough sketches and use CAD software to prepare detailed drawings, plans, and blueprints.
- Construct 2D and 3D visual models of all proposed, ongoing and completed projects.
- Visit sites to gather, verify and/or validate information and determine limitations and feasibility of designs.
- Update software, drawings, and other documents.
- Remain professional when feedback is delivered and implement any changes to drafts as soon as possible.
- Ensure drawings are compliant with building regulations and engineering principles.
- Communicate potential design issues to engineers and architects.
