About the Job:
As CAD Lead Engineer, you will be responsible to execute small, medium and complex projects, leading a team to achieve program milestones on time. This position plays an important role within the Engineering area, taking decisions, handling and delegating activities with CAD designers, and applying 3D CAD and 2D drawing tools to develop products with best‑practice design.
What You’ll do:
- Contribute to product development projects by delivering 3D CAD designs, engineering 2D drawings, creation and management of EBOMs, prototyping to validate solutions, material selections, assembly sequence definition, release workflow process for production, concepts creation, guidelines, and best‑practice documentation.
- Lead design and guidance for process methodologies such as design for manufacturing, design for reliability, and design for service.
