What You Need to Start Your Journey
- Valid Cabin Crew license (essential)
- Availability to work rotating shifts and versátil schedules
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, and/or sales
- Residence in Puerto Montt, Puerto Varas, or nearby areas
- Successful completion of our selection process, which includes:
- Psychological interviews
- Meeting with cabin crew leaders
- Pre‑employment medical exam (including alcohol and drug testing)
- Motivation and a positive attitude—a genuine desire to make the sky accessible to everyone
