C-295 Flight Crew Training Lead & Syllabus Architect

Airbus Defence and Space SAU based at Matacán (Sevilla) seeks a professional to manage training in support of the C-295 platform. You will define, develop and evaluate curricula, identify training needs and convert tasks into measurable learning outcomes for type rating and recurrent courses.
