Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Inventory Optimization and Stock Management- Place purchase orders with approved suppliers and coordinate timely delivery of products
- Review purchasing reports daily to ensure inventory levels are maintained
- Review branch inventory to identify products for transfer in case of excess stock
- Participate in project work based on departmental needs and assignments
- Manage cost comparisons and analysis between suppliers to ensure the best pricing
- Follow up with suppliers to confirm delivery dates and ensure timely delivery
- Review invoicing issues for price discrepancies and work with Accounts Payable (AP) to resolve issues
