Buyer - Supply Chain Management

Job Summary

The Buyer is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, equipment, and services that support Ensign's drilling, well‑servicing, and project operations. This role ensures cost‑effective procurement, supplier performance, inventory availability, and compliance with company standards while supporting field operations across a dynamic oil and gas environment.

This position is based in Nisku, Alberta, and may require travel and occasional on‑call support.

Internal Relationships

The Buyer works in collaboration with Rig Managers, Field Superintendents, Yard Managers, Project Managers, and Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Maintenance teams to support procurement activities and operational requirements.
