Buyer

We are currently recruiting a Buyer to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role is part of a global team working towardcommon goals. We operate as one company, across all locations, with shared responsibility andclear accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders
• Maintain supplier records and procurement documentation
• Assist with RFQ processes, quotation comparisons, and vendor evaluation
• Monitor deliveries, order status, and supplier queries
• Ensure purchasing compliance with internal procedures
• Assist with invoice reconciliation
• Support vendor onboarding and documentation
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, maintenance and corporate teams
• Support warehouse and inventory management, including stock control
• Assist with inventory setup where required
