Job Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate favorable terms and pricing to secure cost savings and ensure supply chain efficiency.
- Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders accurately and promptly while maintaining meticulous records for auditing and tracking.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to prevent shortages or overstocking, optimizing working capital.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Hold relevant certifications such as CIPS or CPSM.
- Have 5‑10 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, ideally within the manufacturing or retail sector.
