**Description**:
**Purpose**
Responsible of the quotation requirements and execute purchasing of materials, products and/or services required by to organization, selecting the best available suppliers in the market who offer the best service, price, quality and compliance with the company requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate purchasing of indirect material, spare parts and services required by the company's different departments.
- Carry out comparative studies between suppliers of prices, services and product quality required
- Ensure the inventory system maintenance.
- Maintain and coordinate with Account Payable department, the purchasing process with the objective of meet the credit terms.
- Develop suppliers related to the company requirements, obtaining the best choices of service, quality and price of the supplies bought by the company, with the objective to maintain the operation trouble free.
