Responsibilities
- Review purchase requests for compliance.
- Build and maintain supplier relationships; negotiate terms.
- Process purchase orders and track deliveries.
- Monitor stock levels and manage ECO roll-in plans.
- Resolve invoice or purchase order discrepancies.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant purchasing experience.
- Knowledge of inventory and supply chain management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Strong planning, negotiation, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented.
